PAIRVOICE PRIVACY POLICY
Effective: October 2, 2026
1. WHO WE ARE
PairVoice (PairVoice.com) operates a marketplace that connects eligible adults with paid voice-conversation campaigns. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hello@pairvoice.com.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect account and contact information; age/eligibility confirmations; country, language, accent, availability and device information; campaign enrollment and participation history; partner and pairing records; voice samples, recorded conversations, transcripts, annotations, quality results and technical metadata; payout information and transaction records; device, IP, authentication, security and usage events; referral information; and communications with PairVoice.
3. VOICE AND RECORDING DATA
Your voice can identify you. Campaign Data may include audio, transcripts, labels, language/accent classifications, timestamps, duration, quality information, annotations, segmented audio and derived acoustic or technical information. PairVoice does not use voice to authenticate or uniquely identify a person through biometric identification unless a specific campaign separately discloses that processing and obtains any consent required by law.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to operate accounts; authenticate users; determine eligibility; prevent duplicate or fraudulent participation; connect partners; administer campaigns; provide instructions; collect, process and quality-check recordings; deliver approved campaign data to campaign clients; calculate earnings and process payouts; operate referrals; send transactional messages; provide support; secure and improve the service; investigate disputes; maintain audit, tax and financial records; and comply with law.
5. CAMPAIGN CLIENTS AND COMMERCIAL DATA USE
Paid voice campaigns exist to create audio and related datasets for campaign clients. Approved Campaign Data may be provided or licensed to the applicable client for the purposes disclosed in the campaign notice, which may include speech-recognition research, natural-language technology, artificial-intelligence or machine-learning training, testing and evaluation, transcription, audio processing, language research, quality assurance, and related commercial research and development. We do not sell participant contact information to data brokers for unrelated advertising. Because privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” and similar terms differently, delivery or licensing of Campaign Data to a paying client may constitute a regulated disclosure in some jurisdictions.
6. LEGAL BASES FOR EUROPEAN PROCESSING
Where GDPR applies, processing may be based on performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service security, and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is the legal basis, consent may be withdrawn prospectively as provided by law. Withdrawal does not make prior lawful processing unlawful.
7. RECIPIENTS
Information may be disclosed to campaign clients; hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, security and support providers; payment providers; professional advisers; and authorities or other parties where disclosure is required or permitted by law. A campaign client may become an independent controller of Campaign Data it receives.
8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
PairVoice is operated from the United States. Information from Spain, the EEA or other countries may be processed in the United States or elsewhere. Where European transfer restrictions apply, PairVoice will use an applicable lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy framework, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally recognized safeguard.
9. RETENTION
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described and for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention and contractual requirements. Participation history may be retained to enforce one-person/one-account and nonrepeatable-campaign rules. Financial records may be retained for tax, audit and dispute purposes. Campaign Data retention may also depend on the applicable campaign and client obligations.
10. SECURITY
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and information concerning recipients or international-transfer safeguards. EEA residents may complain to their supervisory authority; participants in Spain may contact the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). Eligible U.S. residents may exercise rights granted by applicable state privacy law. Requests may be sent to hello@pairvoice.com. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.
12. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
PairVoice may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics and attribution. Where law requires consent for nonessential technologies, an appropriate consent mechanism will be used.
13. CHILDREN
Paid PairVoice campaigns are for adults age 18 or older unless a campaign expressly states otherwise and all additional legal requirements for minors have been implemented. Do not submit a child’s voice through PairVoice.
14. SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Do not intentionally disclose passwords, financial credentials, government identification numbers, private medical information, information about children, trade secrets or another person’s confidential information unless a campaign specifically requires it and provides an appropriate notice.
15. CHANGES
We may update this Policy prospectively. Material changes will receive any notice or renewed consent required by law.
